Title: Successful Fruit Growers in Vegas?

Looking at some land in Henderson, and curious if anyone is having success with tropical fruits there, and if so, what?
Showing as a 9b, but also seeing reports of occasional snow.  So, I'm a little confused.

Familiar with the area, have family that lives there. I have seen Citrus, Pomegranates, Figs, Peruvian Cactus apple, and stone fruits doing well there (jujubes may be another good option). It gets quite a bit colder then southern AZ, however there is lots of micro climates due to the concrete and urban build up. Biggest issue is water cost and restrictions.

Thanks.  Do you have any idea what type of water restrictions there are?  I know the area isn't exactly.beaming with water hovering at 10% humidity.

Would have to check with the water district in Henderson. I do recall older neighborhoods have different restrictions then the newer developments.

Any idea if those quails are good for eating? I saw lots of them at my friend's neighborhood on one of the hottest days of the year. It was 117 outside that day. He lived SE of the strip, not sure if that's Henderson.
