Which of those 2 varieties is better Hylocereus Undatus white or red flesh? and what do you think about this variety Hylocereus Megalanthus. Which ones produce more, bigger, more delicious, nutritional value, and what are the differences

The red color in red fleshed dragonfruit is from the lycopene, which makes them more nutritious
