I don't have any pictures from yesterday but here is one from two weeks ago.  By creams they are English/Irish Cream Golden Retrievers with full AKC papers.  Their temperament is a bit better than the "classic" golden golden retriever and very loving and loyal companions.

Again, please call 561-969-6988 for details or to make arrangements to see them.

In my prior life as a meter reader for FPL,  pit bulls would start gnawing the gate when I was still two houses away, Rottweilers would hide in the back corner until I was inside the yard and helpless.
Golden Retrievers wouldn't let me leave the yard until I had played fetch with them.

We're in Western Palm Beach Co. and the first few Glenns we got  were indeed "watered down" and a big disappointment, considering our 7 yr. old tree @ 12ft had about 100 fruit. Last year we had about 10.
We are near the end of the harvest and the quality from the first few has really improved. The fruit are large and flavorful, without the watery taste.

Excalibur exchanged a Mahachanok mango tree for me which was planted in March but didn't seem to want to grow.  Rob ("bsbullie") was kind enough to assist me with this by contacting Linda Wilson.  :)

I have seen those Cream Retrievers and they are awesome looking dogs! My experience is that most Golden Retrievers are too friendly to stop burglars. They just show them around the house and want to play ball!

Great dogs with kids. I know, I had several of them over the years. Golden Retrievers that is.
Excalibur offers a very unique dog! A photo would be great.

Take Care Robert and say hello to Richard for me.

I remember seeing two myrciaria-plinia-syzigium looking plants.  They looked quite old, and small (2-3ft) and weeping.

I wonder if you have any more? smaller ones for sale?  I tried to purchase one of the neat weeping plants I saw at Excalibur, but they were understandably not for sale.

I was amazed by the diversity and size of fruiting trees I saw! (100 gallon illama, and green sapotes fruiting???)

I will certainly be back to buy some plants soon!

Harry, I think you planted a Tog Bi Golly in 2009.   Have you tasted it yet?

(Or input from anyone else familiar with this cultivar would be great.)

Thanks.

And also.. It was thought that it may be the same as Ivory? But that may have been debunked??

I saw both. TBC leaves are very, very, very, dark green. Moss dark green. The Ivory I've seen, the leaves are light green.

I purchased what was marked Tog Bi Con from the Broward Rare Fruit and Veg Council plant sale and planted it out.  It fruited this year and it was exactly like Ivory. Then when I spoke at the BRFVC meeting this last summer, we toured the nursery grounds and I was shown their planted out Tog Bi Con.  The fruit on the planted out tree was not Ivory....not even close.  This fruit was smaller less uniformly shaped.  I came to the conclusion that what I had previously purchased was not Tog Bi Con but rather Ivory, mis-marked.  Tog Bi Con, the in ground version, at BRFVC nursery was quite good.  It was sweet and fiber-less but not all that meaty.  Ivory seems to provide more bang for the buck fruit-wise, but flavor-wise, for me, they were more or less on a par.

Now is the time to come get that special Christmas or Chanukah gift.  We have one of the largest selection of mangoes in sizes from 3 gallon to 500 gallon.  We can also deliver and install any of trees you purchase, especially the larger sized trees.  Forget the Lexus with a bow in the driveway, imagine this 100 gallon Pickering in the ground on Christmas morning....we can even put a bow on it for that special touch.
