When I was there last everything I purchased was on the ground. I don't know if they have a nematode certified area or not if you are trying to do it legit. I don't know if you will be able to sneak potted plants in on an airplane.

Not a good idea. California has good reasons for stopping non-California-certified plants at their border.
Several plant diseases that California now has are due to enforcement lapses.

These plants are going to Canton, GA not California. They would be in a greenhouse (in ground) there. If you can drive a mango across the Florida-Georgia border you should be able to fly one no?

Of course. The discussion was only about California, and Arizona, and many foreign countries.

I see that Excalibur has nematode certification to ship to Texas, LA, Arizona.

I know Georgia doesn't have the restriction so it doesn't matter but I'm curious do they have separate stocks then for shipping to restricted states?
