Louies Nursery has many mangos from FL, JABOTICABAS, miracle fruit, Noni, hasya sapodilla, achachairu and other tropicals. The mangos are $69 for 3 gallon, that beats buying the same tree from Florida without the $50 shipping.

Looks like that shipment is from Pine Island, with at least some of them from ZHPP.
You do know that mangoes on Turpentine do not do well in California. With the varieties you show, that nursery will be keeping that stock for a while.
Those saps look to have super thin trunks.
-
Yes I asked, she said Florida, I also told her that the rootstock they are on is generally incompatible with California ...theres Carrie, Kent, Mallika, VP, Phillipine, Glenn, Po pyu Kalay (?), Irwin, nam doc mai, alphonso, tommy adkins (WHY??????????) and others typical here like manila, keitt. I know VP is a beast on turpentine here, so I got that one.
-
Do they provide shipping to northern california?
-
No, they are A local nursery and have EVERYTHING, i bought my Nikau palm there, they are hard to find here.
-
How tall are the Achachairu and do you remember the price? That is a rare tree to see for sale around here.
Bill

69$ and 4 feet if I'm not mistaken, that's with the pot.
-
This nursery is right down road from my crib. Is Sapodilla Hasya good? Or is the Alano? Thanks.
-
No idea on the sapodilla, someone on YouTube heard it's better than Alano, but I don't know https://youtu.be/oMyip2uPwrs

Buying Trees is easy. Sucess in your local climate is a different story. Be careful of what you buy.

Alano is the better variety.

Whats the reason turpentine doesn't do well in CA? I have seen everyone saying this but not much explaination why.
-
Lack of vigor dieback they easily succumb to phomopsis. Read Simons many threads on best rootstock for SoCal
