Title: 3 gal Yacon harvest

I have Yacon in the ground & in several pots.  Decided to harvest a 3 gal, seeing how the soil was starting to bulge out of pot.

That's awesome Rodney. That pot had more yacon than soil!

That's good news. I had been planning to get a garden by myself. Hoping to get it done by the start of 2020.
