Title: Anyone going to have any standard trifoliate seeds this year?

Post by: franklazar26 on September 15, 2020, 09:57:45 AM: I’m not sure if it’s legal to ship seed out of CA or not, but if it is (to Wisconsin which has no quarantine regulations), I’d be more than happy to reimburse!

Since the disease is not transferred to the seedling, that mean it is ok to ship out?
