So, nobody has them? They should be in season now.
Strangely even the website that carried them the past year don't have them now.

Torre Nursery in Italy. The tree is already grafted and quite tall, probably 170 cm.
I think it comes from Viveros Blanco a producer from Spain, the only website that mention this CV, but they don't reply my emails.

Tropical Fruit Discussion / Lucuma cv Prada

I just bought a tree of Lucuma cultivar Prada.
I can't find any info on this variety. Anybody has it? Is it a dry or moist variety?

Thanks

Looking for green sapote seeds that can ship to Italy. Also some lucuma seed moist variety(de seda?). If there are other pouteria cold hardy as these let me know.
Would like to graft them on my dry lucuma tree.
Possibly somebody who already have a reputation as a seller.

On a side note, if anybody is in Europe and selling tropical or unusual fruit plants and seed please message me as I could be interested in more.

I noticed the square with user name, updated topics, ect. is gone from the upper left. It was there yesterday and gone this morning. Anyone know what happened?

It happened to me too and thought it was removed.
It is actually collapsible. There is a green square with a white triangle at the top of the page on the middle, click on that and it will reappear.

Christian, if I had a guess I would say that is not a Jaboticaba. Most jabos branch out even at a very young age. Yellow jaboticabas can be lanky for time when young but will eventually start to branch out as well (IMO). Chris

Thanks Chris, looks shady to me too. Somebody says the seller is reliable, so probably is an honest mistake. I'll skip this one then.
I found a 3 year red jabo 60cm, I'll take that.
At what age can they be pruned to give it a shape? Lateral shoots are slow as vertical growth?

Can anybody confirm if this is a jabuticaba?
It should have 3 years and 120cm tall, seem a bit too much for me.
Can barely see the leaves.

Hi guys,
Planning to buy some jaboticaba seeds. I am in zone 9b/9a and would like to try keeping one in the ground.
When can they be moved to the ground?

I got gifted a jaboticaba (samara I think) which is around 5-6 cm tall. How old can it be?

Did anyone try to keep both plants alive, not just the rootstock?
What would happen if let's say you grow 2 mango varieties and let both of them grow? If one rootstock die will both plants live because they are grafted?

Hi,
Can you ship scion to Italy?
When is the best time to graft?

316
Have you ever shipped seedling abroad with regular postage? Can they survive a 2-3 weeks shipment(if lucky) ?
With express postage for sure there would be customs issues.

317
Hi,
Do you happen to have Olosapo,Garcinia humilis and seashore garcinia seed(not seedling) and can ship them to Italy?
