second one looks a lot like Neem

First one... Canistel ? or maybe green Sapote or Mamey
but, my maamey doesnt have any red on the new leaves.

The first one may be Ceylon Olive.

2nd one is definetly june plum, cuz I got one too and it's bearing the same fruitlet.
