speciality produce have them occasionally.
I don’t know they are any named varieties but they are from Florida and likely San Pablo.

Probably Annona Reticulata.

I think the one with little bumps could be Dr white although I have seen them with bigger bumps. The smooth fruit could be booth variety or they could be seedlings too.

I don’t have information to add about sweeetgreen, but the fruit photo does not look like Dream Annona.

Good looking tree.
Also has wavy pattern to leaves similar to LZ.

Simon,

Your Alano sapodilla looks great.
Seems bigger than last time I saw.

I had a similar sized Butterscotch sapodilla from Lara farms
but I lost this year. Hoping the butterscotch will be more
accessible as more people start growing it locally.

I can also trade LZ scions if anyone wants.

Hi, forum,

I am looking to buy (couple each) of below mango scions,
Sweet Tart,
E4/Sugar Loaf,
Maha Chanok

I am growing ST but it’s too small to take scions from.
I am looking to graft over my larger LZ tree.
I am aware of TAF selling scions from FL but I prefer
local So Cal scions.

Let me know if anyone has these varieties?
I am in San Diego, CA.

Thanks,
Fruitfool

Excellent service, highly recommend.
Best packing I have seen so far.
Each mango was individually wrapped, none got split or squished
during shipping. Thanks for sending extra dried mango slices.

“Farmers best” brand Kent mangoes are really good.
I think those are Mexico grown.
I buy them at Indian grocery stores in San Diego.
It hasn’t made appearance yet this season though.

Thanks for the review, SHV.
I saw someone not impressed with it on FB group as well.
We need more reviews coming out.
Hope it doesn’t turn out to be a Jaboticaba.

Nice write up, oolie.
Kesar is very good, there is reason it’s grown on commercial scale in India.
I dislike the seed to flesh ratio though. We need Jumbo kesar here.

This year so far I haven’t tasted Florida mangos yet.

Store bought Kesar mangos have been great this year.

A side question for forum, I love Bombay mango flavor
from past experience. Any Florida mangoes taste similar
to Bombay or “super” Bombay?

Surprised not a mention of  Rosigold or Rosa in the entire thread. Polyembryonic and early season fruit. Why not seedling propagation?

Not many fans of Rosigold, I guess.
