Thought it would be fun to show you my interesting fruit.
Guess what it is, if you're correct I will let you know.
It has 12 bulges, but it is one fruit. Will be interesting to see where the seeds will be (if any).

I think a citrange. I have a Morton citrange which often produces fruits a bit like this one.

pagnr, that's a good one, it does look like that.
I hope it tastes ok when it ripens. These fruits will not be ready until Dec-Feb.

Here's what the mystery fruit looks like now.
