From looking at Ilya11 picture there seems to be very little pulp, and a lot of thick peel.  Therefore, its use as a lemon is greatly reduced

It would worth a try. Question is which rootstock would be compatible and resistant to -10C. I suspect incompatibilities with PT and its hybrids.

Lemons in general are not incompatible with poncirus.
Only some strains of Eureka  are rejected due to the infection of exocortis viroid.

The only lemon that has compatibility issues with poncirus is Eureka.......but Eureka has issues with most everything
