Best under ripe mangoes

What are the top mangoes that taste great even when not ripe?

Mahachanok is very good when eaten green.  I have also eaten Providence green which wasnt bad...all of this is assuming you like eating mangoes green.

I have some mun kun si right now, they are unripe and one of the best mango's i ever had here in thailand. I'm off now to buy me a tree of those.

Mun kun si is my favorit mango now, not too sweet and more flavour than namdocmai...but i eat it very green and crispy.

I am Asian and love a nice ripe mango but there are quite a few Asians that prefer the unripe green mangos, dipped in fish sauce with some sugar and chilies.
