Your favorit green mango

What is your favorit green mango? I mean an unripe mango.

Here is a whole list of them. I am looking for one that i ate a lot but can't find it anymore and the tree is killed by stemborers.

Today i bought this one: Keaw Lerm Korn (it means the parrot who forgets everything)





This one is nice crispy but still a little bit floury inside. The one i am looking for is also crispy inside and a little more sweet but this one comes close.

I'm just curious which one you guys like the most. Green mango's are great if you have the good one. I eat them pure without sauces or salt/sugar/chili.
