Anyone had dealing with the Greenss Shop based in Veracruz, Mexico?

They have several complaints about receiving money and then don't send anything, the representative is call Harold Di Bella who promotes himself as a rap singer star in Facebook?

I had a bad experience with them a few years ago trough eBay.
Wrong seeds, wrong quantities, bad packaging, and very rude to answer questions to clarify things...
