Title: Honeybell / Minneola tangelo fruit in Palm Beach County?
Post by: mangomandan on January 14, 2016, 05:34:36 PM
This should be prime season for Minneolas right now. But I haven't seen them in the stores.

Has anyone seen them?

I'm in Colorado, and they are now in the stores.  I purchased some last week, even had a couple for lunch today. - Millet

Season not great, at least for the moment, coming out if Indian River County.   What I have seen have been extremely pricey. If I am going to pay high prides for citrus, I am buying Shiranui.

Rob, I was at the supermarket today and checked on the Minneola.  They are from Sunkist growers (thus probably California grown fruit), and the price was $1.99-lb. -  Millet
