Thank you for the positive feedback cmichael258, polux, Vernmented. I put in so much effort into spreading these seeds and sometimes when a package is confiscated or cooked in transit or a buyer is not satisfied I get uncertain if its worth the effort. Than I get feedback from around the world that the seeds we sent are alive and loved and taken care of, and I realize that although its a hard and tricky job with a higher failure rate than what I can easily accept, the end result is a thousand times more important than the effort put in and the occasional failures.
Domnik, in one word the answer is: No.
When a buyer pays for the seeds he/she pays for my service. The buyer pays me for being on the location where the fruit is, buying or gathering the fruit, being perfectionist with my packaging, paying attention to logistics and keeping the seeds in the fruits, fresh for as long as possible before sending, sending the seeds in the post, and developing our website and apps to give the customers a good experience and reliability.
I respect the money I receive from our buyers, and do everything to honor the work my buyer put in to earn that money. When this respect is mutual and something goes wrong with the package, I offer some sort of redemption for the buyer (resend the seeds for half price, resend the seeds for postage cost only, or any other suitable way that is applicable for the situation and fits the seed availability etc.)
