I was at the Santa Clara Valley Section of the California Rare Fruit Growers meeting in 2007 when Joe Real, then of Davis, presented a citrus bark grafting demonstration at a meeting. On his way home he stopped at a friend's house, did some promised grafts, and in the process got a set of photographs for a tutorial.
http://citrus.forumup.org/about1762-citrus.htmlPrior to this (in 2006) he had posted a similar tutorial for grafting deciduous fruit trees.
http://citrus.forumup.org/about500-citrus.htmlNeither of these tutorials can be accessed now. I've regularly pointed folks to them, urging them to join the forum so they could see the images.
In 2007 and 2009, to save myself having to open the page and navigate it each time I wanted a look at the details I carefully copied the tutorials into a Word document.
Can anyone enlighten me regarding the copyright status of these tutorials? If the citrusforum.org no longer exists, I cannot request permission from them to 'republish' the tutorials. I am willing to 'clean them up' and save them as Acrobat documents for inclusion here and on the crfg-scvs Yahoo group, but I do not want to violate the law and/or offend Joe or Millet or any of the others who kept the citrusforums venue open for so many years.
thanks
