Thanks. At this point I'd like to taste the fruit, to know if the variety is one worth growing, and I'd like to know the seasons when it is ready, particularly in the Southeast. I'm in Savannah, where it might ripen at a different time from CA.

I'm interested in trying Oroblanco fruit if anyone can send me one or two. I'll pay you for the postage. Or if you are growing this variety, when does the fruit ripen in your area and what do you think of its flavor and how well does it hold on the tree? All opinions welcome!

The expo sessions on November 18 will be held at Skidaway Island State Park. The conference registration fee is $10 at the door, with a $5 parking fee for most vehicles.

Plantings at Armstrong State University
Coastal Georgia Botanical Gardens.

Citruholics Banquet, Friday 6:00 PM, Sweet Potatoes Kitchen, 6825 Waters Ave, Savannah, which is close to the Quality Inn (see below).

Billy Renz on the commercial citrus groves of Franklin Farms in Statesboro;
A panel of experts will share experiences and provide advice to us home growers.
There will also be Plant Sales; Citrus Fruit Contest; Raffle.
