topsy turvey mango!
« on: July 18, 2012, 01:04:08 AM »
anyone ever thought of trying to grow a mango tree airlayer (preferably a condo mango) in a homemade topsy turvey type hanging pot?

I'd also like to see a dwarf mango growing in a big hanging pot!

They'd probably just shoot straight through the top of the bag/pot from the roots.

How about an aeroponic mango tree? just have a tree hanging on a rope with nutrient fed misters pointed at the roots.  I wonder if that would work.

Hey you're in Orlando fantasyland. You could suggest it to the Disney folks at Epcott center. Isn't that the type of stuff they love to display?

Yeah Epcot has a nice hydro / aero ponic setup. edible landscape etc.  one of their coolest plants is a large tree tomato

OK, but that ain't no tree tomato. That's a regular tomato gone out of control.
