« on: January 16, 2019, 02:19:21 PM »
Pasar tamu (Week market) is on thursday in keningau where the weather is less wet than in Tenom.

Durio kutejensis (Durian dalit in Sabah)

Baccaurea lanceolata (Buah liposu) sour only the skin is use for cooking

Nephelium lappaceum (wild ramboutan)

Tobacco. In Sabah farmers sell their tobacco in some Pasar tamu as keningau, Temparuli, Kota Belud, etc...They roll their cigarettes in leaves of Nypa frutescens.

Very nice, we had a terrific kutejensis in Tenom. Keningau is a great area for durian with two seasons every year.  Wish I was there!
