What is it?
« on: September 09, 2018, 10:23:22 PM »

So, I inherited this plant from a deceased relative a few months ago. I'm not sure what it is, or even what continent it's from (my great aunt travelled throughout Africa, and Australia, and sometimes brought random seeds back). It could be store bought (but I've never seen anything like it in the local garden centres that I visit for work). Every now and then it has tiny white flowers down the "sharp" edges of its stem.

I'm curious if anyone here knows what it is and what to do with it. Apparently it takes the drought like conditions of my south facing living room windows well enough lol.

Thanks for the replies. Cheers.

PS - right now it's about 18 inches high.
PPS - yes that's s coffee plant in the background. One of the few tropicals I am familiar with growing. ☝️
