Does anyone know how this tree grows? Does it need something to climb on? Shade/sun?

It needs full shade when young and needs something to climb. In the jungle it usually climbs on other big trees. Those trees need to be tall, small leaves and do not have very thick branches.

Its length can be up to 25 meters. Upon climbing it will eventually get more sun as needed so the trees it climb are important.

It is native to Thailand, Lao, Cambodia and Vietnam but in Vietnam it is nearly extincted under losing habitats and over exploit.

I'm having four seedlings and hoping they will be doing good.
