The seedling Amber put out 7 jackfruits this year.

The flavor is an excellent rich flavor, a little difficult to describe. To me it tastes pleasantly fruity, Very low latex, crunchy, good aftertaste, with a nice aroma. Slightly milder flavor than last year possibly due a lot of rain recently. Tastes more like the red varieties than yellow.  Very high edible flesh %.
