That is a really neat video! Love the cultural aspect
There is a push to repopularize breadfruit (ulu) again in Hawaii. They lost favor and were considered poor man's food for long time after european foods were introduced. It's a difficult goal to get people to try it and bring it into their diets. Most people here have either never eaten it or eat it very little. I myself love it and find it to be very versatile fruit. Also a very beautiful tree. Biggest drawback with it is it ripens very fast--you have to prepare it very soon after picking.
