My 19 Yr old accidentally swallowed one about 5 minutes ago.
I know some tropical seeds can be very toxic and there is nothing I can find online about toxicity for this species.

Agree with Finca.  Since the seeds is not chewed, it should come out naturally with the poop.  Just put the poop into the soil and you might get a miracle tree sprouted.

Thank you, she is a bit of a hypochondriac and was unsuccessfully trying to vomit ....

I think we would all be in trouble if 1 seed was that toxic.

Just poop into a hole and watch the tree grow.

Even toxic seeds. like soursop, you have to chew them for the toxicity to be released. There's very few seeds that are toxic when swallowed whole. I can't think of any fruit seed like that. Oh wait, the ackee seed is toxic if swallowed whole. But there are many more ornamentals that will kill if the seed is swallowed whole, like rosary pea.

I have seen people chew the seed up and swallow and be totally fine.
