One of side benefits of posting photos here is that it becomes a good personal record of what happened with your trees.

Very true Oscar , I forgot I posted these and was just searching the group for Plinia rivularis .
I guess nobody knows how long these will take to fruit .

Very true Oscar , I forgot I posted these and was just searching the group for Plinia rivularis .
I guess nobody knows how long these will take to fruit .

I thought best case is about 6-7 yrs from seed...worst case, the jabuticabeira judges could give you a 9-12 year sentence.

I just did a severe pruning on my now close to 4 meters cambuca , the Adam way ....to open the tree and let more sunlight reaching the branches , looks good , maybe I'll have some flowers later .

how about the rivularis?

has the trunk of your tree started to exfoliate yet?  how tall amigo?
