Tropical Fruit Buy, Sell & Trade / Victim of dorgon

Hi guys, I am new onto this forum.
I'm Dino 26 from Martinique (french west indies so sorry for my poor english).
I am a beginner into planting tropical trees.
Unfortunately, I have been dorgonized. I bought seeds from him onto EBID. 22 days later he sent nothing. I started to search more about him on the internet and i finally found some words about him here. I said onto paypal I wanted to be refund BEFORE he sends any parcel.
15min later Dorgon sent me an email saying it was too late to be refund and he sent the parcel that day. He sent me this picture
It really looks like a fake (no adress, just my name).
Is there some people who can help me to proove he is a scammer?
He also sent me this picture before, for a special mangosteen that fruits in 2years and a half. That's a fake which made me start to doubt.
