Curry and citrus are not close enough to be graft compatible.  It is true that Curry and Citrus are in the same family of Rutaceae, but are not closely related.  Those species of the Rutaceae which belong to the dry capsular section of the family are so distinct from all citrus species that they cannot unite in propagation.  The possibility of successfully working one plant on another is based on the closeness of genetic similarity or relationship.

Curry is a magnet for ACP also. Banned in lots of places. Ruta family but far from being close enough to be compatable.

I have a bunch of curry leaf and they look nothing like citrus... I don't think they are very closely related.

They are not closely related. Belong to the Rutaceae fam but different divisons. They are not close enough to graft. As I look at the ACP business its a good thing I do not have any.....as I would get rid of them.
