Try PapayaTreeNursery in Grenada Hills. He's got some good varieties. They're called something like PTN 1, ...etc.

Thanks for the reference. They don't have any in stock although now at least I'm on the end of a long wait that other people have been on for over a year apparently.

In the meantime, I'm still interested in learning about other sources of a Molina 4 and other improved Lucuma varieties for SoCal.
