Help with Avocado ID

Hi ya'll, I visited a local nursery today- they had a bunch of beautiful grafted avocado trees - I would guess 2-3 years old.  I was considering buying one but the new owner of the nursery doesn't know the variety. Catalina maybe? Whatcha guys think? Thanks!
