Sweetiepie Blackberry turning yellow and brown

Hello, I recently purchased a sweetie pie BlackBerry Bush and last week planted it in a pot. It is now turning yellow and brown.  There are berries growing on it but I don't want it to die. Any advice is greatly appreciated

Looks like too much water.  Does the pot have good drainage?
