My Rain Forest Plum has quite a few flower buds! I am hoping to taste my first fruit this year! Here is some photos of the flower buds.

Hi Soren,

This plant is about 2 years old. I have some small seedlings myself. I actually traded Berto for this bearing sized plant.

As the rain forest plum plants get older they get totally covered in flowers. I hope to have bumper crop soon.

I got a bunch of different Eugenia spp. some months back, and E. candolleana was the first to sprout and it grows fast too.

Very nice Ed! Only 2 years old you said, then mine are overdue. Did you sprinkle with fairy dust or something? I want mine to fruit too  :)

Tomas,

No fairy dust, I just use rain water and a good organic mulch. Since I started using rain water all of my plants are growing really well!
