Ilya I'm not all that familiar with Australian Blood limes.  It is interesting that the Blood Lime hybrid listed in Wiski and the hybrid listed by the Australian farm owner who grows the fruit are different.I have no idea which is correct. .

The hybrid between a red finger lime and ever popular Ellendale mandarin was done by CSIRO about 16 years ago. Ellendale is really a tangor like honey murcott but unlike honey murcott appears as a typical mandarin with no obvious orange characteristics. Blood limes vary a bit but are mostly 30 to 35g,egg shaped and have reddish flesh most of the time. I bought some at the supermarket today and there is a raspberry element to the aroma when you scratch the skin. To me they seem close to a finger lime fruit in many respects.
