How long to fruit from seed?
The hardest plants to grow are often those most worth growing.

Grimals can be considered mildly precocious as they can fruit in 5 years...possibly earlier. Huge fruit with small seeds and abundant sweet pulp and fuzzy skin.

The true latin name is confusing and possibly not 100% known. The Grimal was originally thought to be myrciaria spirito santensis but that is no longer accurate. It is definitely not spirito santensis but now thought to be Peluda de Alagoas but experts aren't even 100% sure of that. But for now they are accepting the Peluda de Alagoas name for this species.

Seeds are $3 each with a minimum of 4. Shipping is $2.50.

They're being harvested now so they can't be any fresher. Could take a couple of weeks to a couple of months to sprout.
