Looking for dragon fruit cuttings
« on: February 22, 2017, 01:34:28 AM »
Hey guys!
New member here looking to start growing some dragon fruit in my backyard.
Looking for these varieties:
American beauty
Condor
Physical graffiti
Dark star
Purple haze

Let me know what you guys have. Don't have much to trade, but hopefully we can work something out.
Thanks and happy growing!

You should also get some self-fruitful ones like the Vietnamese white and 8-S(sugar dragon).
I grew all the good tasting ones at the start but flowers didn't turn into fruits until about 5 years later when the plants got big enough to make a lot of flowers.

Yes, sugar dragon is the same as Thomson S8 or 8S. Paul Thomson made several hybrids that were named, like Halley's Comet. They're mostly not self-fertile.
