Is this the same as hybrid fast bearing jaboticaba (Myciaria cauliflora x) being sold at fruitlovers.com?? Cause the alias said so, "red jaboticaba"

While I can't comment on what "Fruitlovers" has, the red hybrid that I have is also Myciaria cauliflora X ?, or Red Jaboticaba.

Here is a photo of one of my trees

Do they fruit faster than other Jabo cultivars? Like 2 or 3 years from seed?? Thank you

The red hybrid is one of the fastest fruiting jaboticabas. Given optimal growing conditions, one could  fruit in 3 years, however, fruit in 2 years would be unlikely but not unheard of.

What is the taste like of these Jaboticaba fruit?

Kinda like a grape, but much sweeter with a mild tropical flavor.

Hey, everyone ordered 50 of these seeds from him over a month ago and just got around to posting the video from over a week ago. The method he told me to do is the same method other Jaboticaba specialists told me to start them. Almost 95% have already germinated! Great buy!

The video is over a year ago and his seeds were definitely not used to make the video.

I think this is just an old sale post from last year that got resurrected to sell seeds again. The post containing the video and the video are both from last year.

You’re right. I did not notice the date of the thread. I was wondering how come that the video was from last week with different dates and seeds being sold in 2018 😂
