Black Sapote, jujube, star anise, illama seeds

Black sapote and jujube:1 dollar each.  60 or more 50 cents each.
Star anise 20 seeds for 5 dollars
Green skin pink flesh Illama 2 dollars each. 60 or more 1 dollar each.

Wow that seems incredibly fast. My experience was closer to 5 years.

Seems it was actually less than two years before I got first flowers!  I guess the fruit takes months to develop but still very much under 3yrs.  More info in this thread: https://tropicalfruitforum.com/index.php?topic=41315.0

I wonder if maybe being in a container might encourage precociousness? I know that's true for some things (and the opposite is true for some things, too).
