Botong "Box Fruit" is only edible in its nectar.  The rest is poisonous.  Sadly, the seed grounds from this fruit has been used for a long time to paralyze fish and cause man-made jubilees.  Can wipe out aquatic populations when used largescale.

In other words Adam is trying to say don't eat this fruit you will  foam from the mouth... Lol 🚑
