I don't think this is the right season for them. Late spring/early summer you'll have better luck.

I have them. Fruiting season is usually May-June.

I had my first maprang couple days ago. Skin wasn't as edible as I heard before and fruit tasted like average mango. Since I'm not a collector in my opinion it's not worth growing. But I'm sure many of you have different perception. It's cute fruit.

I'd love to find some seeds. Good to know fruitlovers will have some.
The hardest plants to grow are often those most worth growing.

Will you be selling the seeds, or is it from a plant that isn't yours?

If you know how to pick properly and it's a good type they taste great like plum x apricot. The ones in pic look not quite ripe and smallish.

I agree. Plus you can't make a good judgement based on only trying fruit one time. And probably store bought fruit at that! Some people do same thing after trying store bought Tommy Atkins mango and decide all mangoes are terrible.

The fruits were from supermarket. If I'm not keen on the fruit, I don't sell the seeds. Even if there is a demand for it.
