To those who are interested in growing miracle fruits for selling the berries, or propagating the plants...I have some very nice 15 gal miracle fruit trees.

they are about 6-7ft tall, and the caliper of the trunk is about 2.5-3 inches wide.  They are root bound, and really need to go into 25 gal pots....I don't have time and money to dedicate to this fruit tree now...I have about 30 trees this size that I want to sell...and I don't want to spend the money on putting them into bigger pots...and the labor wouldn't be fun either.

for the right person, this could be a good opportunity, but you must be in the nursery business, or miracle fruit growing/selling business.

If someone buys all the trees, I can put you in touch with some of the customers I have for fruit...they are willing to buy large amounts certain times of the year.

here are some pics of the trees taken about 3-4 yrs ago.
http://flyingfoxfruits.com/page11.html

They are a bit larger now, and the foliage is a bit weathered because of the time of year, being winter...but they are very healthy and productive trees...I estimate the age of some to be about 20yrs old!

the price range will depend on how many trees you purchase, but expect to pay anywhere from $150-$220 per tree...depending on the size of the tree, and the amount of trees you are purchasing.

delivery can be arranged in certain locations in Central and South FL!  But I do not intend to move these plants out of the state of FL!  Local pick up is preferred!

Please email inquiries to FlyingFoxFruits@gmail.com

thanks!

Man Adam, I would definitely pick up two trees if I lived in Florida. Let me know if you change your mind about shipping.

Well, that's as good of an excuse as any to make the road trip, Simon. :) You can clean out FFF, then go to the sale at WPB, then hit up the F and S park before heading back.  ;D

ok...I'm really motivated to sell these trees...I'm willing to sell them for $125 each, but you must purchase at least 12 trees to get this price.  I have about 25-30 of them to sell still.

These trees are beasts!  ready to be in a 35 gal pot at least!  I can txt or email current pictures if anyone is interested!

otherwise, I'm going to have to plant these things in the ground, and build a cheap greenhouse frame around them!

Pray tell, what are you feeding these trees?

almost nothing!

(holly tone if they're lucky)

they are so rootbound it's not funny...

some of the trunks have over a 3 inch caliper...

if I put them all in 25 gal pots, it would cost $600 in plastic pots, $800 soil, and a full day of labor...then i'd have all that space dedicated to miracle fruit in the greenhouse...HELL NO.

I will plant them in the ground before I put them in a 25 gal.

if they don't sell in the next month or two, I'm digging holes for them!  (will have to build a cold frame around them too   :( )

Pray tell, what are you feeding these trees?

Not going any lower, I will let them die before I sell them any cheaper!

$100-125 ea, depending on the size of the tree, I have some of the largest miracle fruit you will find for sale!

No shipping, local pick up at my nursery in Central FL (delivery can be arranged for a fee in certain cases)

Trees are about 6-7ft tall, in 15gal pots, ready to go into a 25, or 45 gal pot.

They are over 20yr old.

Only have about 20 left.

thanks Phil,

I would honestly keep them if I didn't need the space in my greenhouse....and I have so many of them, I only need about 4 trees...they are so huge, they make so much fruit I can't sell it all, or plant all the seed...or even sell all the seed.

they are a little cold sensitive for me to plant here, so I don't want to plant a grove...(although I did plant a nice specimen by my front door).

the reason I need to sell them asap, is because they are rootbound, and need to go into a bigger pot, or into the ground...and I don't have money (energy, or space) to repot all of these miracle fruits into 25 gal pots.

these are an awesome deal, and will be gone before it gets cold...I'm definitely taking them out of my greenhouse, they take up a whole 80x20ft section (like 1/4 of my entire greenhouse)

just too large to ship!  They weigh like 50lbs each, and are over 6ft tall easy (planted in the ground)

if i could ship them to CA, i'd have them listed on Ebay for $300 ea!

but honestly, I hardly ever ship anything bigger than a 3 gal...because anything larger is a pain in the buttocks to ship.

michu, you can get large trees from Papaya Tree Nursery. They are the biggest I've seen in CA but will cost you, since you probably know now hard they are to grow here, let alone to that size.

Also wish I lived in Florida.  I want a miracle Fruit tree already but haven't bought one yet.  Sorry man, if I could afford to move to Florida and had a job lined up I'd move there anyway.  Seriously.  But jobs are hard enough to come by

still have about 15 of these big old miracle fruit trees left!!

if you but more than one, I sell for $80 ea...

buy 4 or more, or all of them for $70 ea...

not willing to sell for less than $70!   I will just plant them if I can't sell them...it's my only choice...i don't want to spend the money to up pot them, and I don't want them taking up room in my greenhouse.

please EMAIL me (forum messages are disabled)...no shipping available, local pick up in central FL, and delivery in parts of FL can be arranged for a fee.
