Tropical Fruit Discussion / Yellow leave Avocado?

Does anyone know why a section of my Gem Avocado has yellow colored leaves? The yellow leaves are healthy and stays on the tree just like the green leaves. There is also a fruitlet forming in that area that is yellow. The other fruitlets are green and healthy. Any ideas?

I bought a Sharwil avocado tree on ebay that came from Socal and just wanted to confirm with folks here that it is indeed a Sharwil. Please see picture. Thanks for any input!

Tropical Fruit Discussion / Achacha Tree in SF Bay Area

Hi,

I just planted an Achacha tree I got from Hawaii. It is about 3ft tall. Planted it next to my shed since I've heard they like partial shade. Anyone in Norcal  growing this? If so, any tips or stories are welcomed and appreciated.
