Anyone growing Sugarbelle?
« on: June 06, 2014, 04:46:37 PM »
Sugarbelle description sounded really good, did some research and decided to get a tree. Is anyone growing Sugarbelle? How is the taste and growth habit. I am going to leave it in a partly shaded area growing in a superoot container.
Grow mainly fruits, vegetables, and herbs.

When the Collier Fruit Growers Counsel announced it had 50  Sugar Belle trees for sale, a line of ready buyers stretched the length of the green at Freedom park before the fruit tree sale ever opened.  The trees were all sold and gone in less than 5 minutes. - Millet

I read that online article from a naples, fl newspaper. Harris citrus had it in stock. So I figured it looked like a good pick for the house in coastal east central fl.
