Dolores seedless guava. Late October and November they are at their peak

I had a weird bumper crop of strawberry guava and they're just a week or two out, the lemon guava I have is absolutely LOADED with fruit sets and they are probably a month out or more. I thinned it heavily but it still seems like too much fruit.

Those are Psidium cattleyanum they produce all year long. These are tropical guavas...psidium guajava

I like red guavas better than the pink or white. In my opinion they make better guava juice. All I have in production now is a huge pink guava. I sacrificed a Ruby Supreme to plant a sweet tart mango. I planted another Ruby Supreme at a different location.

Thats quite early frank. Mine are no where close yet. All of them are about the size of a lime still.
Your dolores tree has a lot of fruit on it this year. The other tree, I forgot what its called, your other top guava, has a couple fruits this years but the tree is growing a lot slower than the dolores.

I think halloween is when my other trees usually start getting ripe.
The jalisco tree was just small, it will get some legs in the coming years. Its set some fruit this year but I thinned it down to just 3 or 4. The dolores tree has a dozen or more on it and 2X the size.
Definitely looking forward to trying those.
I want to top work some big guava trees with them but I think it would be really hard to top work guava.
