Just sold the smaller one.
This is the cheapest price I have seen a grafted Peluche Loquat selling for.
Have you seen them selling for less elsewhere?

Poor guy, I just grafted mine on much bigger graft than this total cost of $21 with the rootstock. The scions cost was $8.

Everyone’s situation is different and not everyone grafts. Glad your boasty on the deal you got and hating on a price you deem too high. Everyone put’s value in different places . One person’a trash is another’s treasure. What you might pay alot for may be valued much lower elsewhere , but either way it’s all about spreading the genetics around. If noone wanted Peluche , People wouldn’t be selling them for $200 + for tree’s this size. You got alot of hate mail to catch up on writing.

The cost of anything is what people are willing to pay for it. I remember hearing about a local builder who saved construction scraps over a lifetime: a couple blocks here, a 2x4 there (all junk that was being thrown out). Eventually, he had enough to build most of a house. He had almost nothing in the materials, but the finished product was worth whatever people were paying for houses at the time. Loquats are no different.

Seeing as the last Peluche I saw that size went for nearly $600 on eBay, I'd say that's a phenomenal price.

Someone will scoop that for $130.
