Let us know when the Lemon Zests are ripening, Alexi.  I'd like to have a taste of the GOAT!

Thanks guys^. Yup, the lemon zest is about 4 years old. I planted it as a 3 gallon tree in the fall of 2011. Last season when it was 3 years old, it set a nice amount of fruit, but not as much as this season.  It was a small flimsy-looking tree and I dug it out of it's original location (where the coco cream is now) and snapped off a thick spiraling tap root before planting it again. From there, it took off after a couple of months like a weed.
