I tried it for fun. Didn't expect this high rate of success.

How?
1. Mixed the potting soil with aloe and fertilizer.
2. Collect the cuttings in the morning.
3. Dip the cuttings into aloe.
4. Plant the cuttings to the clear cup and use the same size cup covered with tape.
5. Water it and place in the shaded area, under the tree. Only morning sun.
6. Open the cup every other week for 15 min to control the moist level in the cup. ( Add some water if needed)
6. After 4 months, the root will show on the bottom of the cup.
The clear cup I used.

Why he aloe?
I watched someone online said aloe can act as rooting hormone. All natural. All the rooting hormone on the market are not Organic/natural. Aloe is an alternative. So I tried it, looking like it is working.
My in-law is trying add aloe in between the graft hope that will increase the success rate.

There are several natural rooting hormones, aloe being one of them. Irish potatoes being another. When I was too poor to purchase rooting hormone I used willow water. (Willow bark steeped in water) Since quality rooting hormone is avaliable and affordable I use it. But nothing wrong when one desires a natural hormone.

Willow is really easy to grow. Another forum member gave me some cuttings and I stuck them randomly in the woods around my property. I haven't tried doing willow tea, though, as I have plenty of rooting hormone powder already
