BTW, I just used mango as an example. I would like to know how to pack fat/big seeds like those of jackfruit, Syzygium cumini, etc for shipping overseas.
The reason I ask is because I had ordered some hybrid dwarf papaya seeds from Australia. The seller had packed them in a zip-lock bag and posted them airmail in an envelop. When the seeds arrived, most of them were already crushed.
Now, when something as small as papaya seeds could be crushed, I'd be wondering what about fat and big seeds. That's why I'm asking.
PS: The seller was really very kind and was ready to send me replacement seeds. But, I was worried these too would get crushed and requested if she could send me some other flat seeds. to which accepted. I definitely would order from her again.
