Snek,
I am not aware of specific fungicides to treat citrus Greasy spot disease

"Treatment for greasy spot fungus is easy enough. The best treatment around is to use one of the copper fungicides out there and spray the tree with it. Use the copper fungicide according to directions in order to kill the citrus tree fungus."

https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/fruits/citrus/greasy-spot-fungus.htm

I participate in homecitrus.ru, but can not download the photos here, they are very strict on this point. :(
Best regards,
                       Ilya

"I am not aware of specific fungicides to treat citrus Greasy spot disease"

Maybe misunderstood or poorly translated.
It may not be specific, but must be available on the market. Other climate, other cultivated crops, other demand for fungicides.
In the Czech Republic :
1. Each fungicide must be registered and tested. Registration is for a high fee and is only valid for a limited time. If it is little sold, the manufacturer will not renew the registration and the product will stop selling.
2. Part of fungicides may be sold freely, part only to holders of permits for the handling of dangerous or environmentally damaging substances. Getting this privilege requires the appropriate education, passing the exam and of course paying the fee. Normal people who do not live with farming do not have this right.
What is not specific to you may be specific to me (if I can not buy it in the store, it's specific to me  ;) )

"Treatment for greasy spot fungus is easy enough. The best treatment around is to use one of the copper fungicides out there and spray the tree with it. Use the copper fungicide according to directions in order to kill the citrus tree fungus."

Hmmm. There is nothing more to say. Just : Come and show how easy it is! None of the fee available fungicides in the Czech Republic against the Greasy spot does not work. This is not just my experience, they are also in the big garden with citruses (ADAVO, https: //eshop.rakytnik.com/katalog/zbozi/citrusy, I think you know it) and many others. Of all free available fungicides, the Greasy spot will limit only one. It is based on copper - the active substance is copper oxidchlorid. It only reduces but nothing more.
In the category of fungicides sold only to holders of the authorization are fungicides, where they really apply then: Treatment for greasy spot fungus is easy enough.
Ilya, it's my personal experience, not that somewhere he said, somewhere he wrote.

From the symptoms shown in the photos by Mtlgirl and Snek the problem does not look like Greasy Spot.    I'm not certain what it is, but also I don't think it is edema, as edema damaged leaves normally do not fall from the tree.  If it is a fungus, applying an effective fungicide normally stops the infection, but of course does not remove the leaf damage already done.

Do you have a topic on your way of working? (greenhouse, lighting,...)

Cheers!

To Florian :
No, I have not.
I have no greenhouse. I have a small garden and there is no place for it. Citruses are as much as possible outside. Every winter I move the plants to the house, where I make a shelter made of wooden prisms and polycarbonate. Here are citruses from December to the end of March. I do not use heaters or lighting. The biggest problem is effective ventilation.

Thanks a lot! I have some container citrus but they do not look nearly as good as yours. What kind of potting soil and fertiliser do you use?

Have you tried removing all the leaves (any leaf that is even the slightest bit affected, look carefully), thoroughly spraying the entire plant with fungicide for two weeks, and then quarantining the plants for three months? Give another application of spray 2 weeks later, and preferrabbly use at least two different types of fungicides. I would give the soil a spray too, and maybe even change out the top layer of soil. Make sure the quarantine area is not in an area where too much humidity will build up (but not too excessively dry either).

To treat many diseases you will have to spray 2 or 3 separate times in intervals of 8-15 days. That's the best way to be thorough.

I would also completely disinfect your grow area, and run some hot dry air through there for a few days. Inspect the plants in periodic intervals (2 weeks) and remove afflicted ones into a separate quarantine area for treatment.

Snek, you are the champion. Leaving everyone else far behind. You show what is possible. Even in a not so favorable climate and with limited space and resources. After reading your posts, I always have the desire to buy more citrus trees. Never thought, how fruitful and rewarding citrus in container can be.

Hybrid "(Unshiu x P.T.) ITSZ Praha"

I see that you persist in calling it "hybrid".  :)
It is not fair for this plant because everybody seeing "hybrid of Poncirus" will reject it, despite its very good fruits.
