I am fairly new to Tropical fruits and I figure this may be my best hope for getting some good cultivars or just any that have a good taste (whether cultivar or not).  I'm hoping some of you may be able to help me with cuttings that I can try rooting since it seems growing from seed may be pointless, at least from what I've read.

Looking for:
Figs (suited for Zone 7, hot humid summer of NC.  Violette de Bordeaux, Celeste, LSU Purple, Hardy Chicago, and Better all seem great but I'm open to suggestions)
Guava (any good tasting)
Lychee (will grow in container in greenhouse)
Longan (same as lychee)
Carambola (also container)
Dragon Fruit (preferably American Beauty, Purp Haze, Bien His red, and Delight but will take any red, pink or purple fleshed and definitely would like a yellow Selenicereus Megalanthus)

I hope growing these from cuttings is possible but again im new so i may be wasting my time writing this but i have high hopes.  Please let me know if you have any of these or other great tasting Fruit (I'm crazy about Fruit, could eat it all day everyday lol.  Message me with info and what it will cost me but unfortunately I'm a single guy with very limited funds so I may not be able to afford some. Thanks in advance for any help.

lychee and longan don't fruit very well in pots, but I guess you don't have a choice. Lychee unfortunately tends to be alternate bearing even in suitable climates. That means it might fruit one out of every 3 to 5 years. Just want to warn you about the potential badness. Hope that doesn't happen to you.

Figs, guava, grape, dragon fruit should fruit consistently every year. I don't know about carambola. it's never fruited for me.

Are there other fruit that I could grow in a pot that would do well?  I'm hoping to find someone with some Fig trees to send me cuttings for a decent price.  As far as tropicals though there must be some good tasting fruits I could grow in pots that I can grow from seed or can obtain plants or cuttings easily enough.  Ive got Papaya seed I'm trying to germinate but hasn't yet (2 weeks).  Does sapotes or sapidilla do OK in pots?  If I could find some grafted Pawpaw trees or seed (if they taste good growing from seed) then I could plant that out.  Jujube also but idk if its good from seed either.
